Gordon started out in newspapers 14 years ago, first as a reporter, then news editor for Sydney’s “City Hub” newspaper. He spent nearly a decade working for magazines in London, but on moving to Tokyo in 2005, took up a position with The Daily Yomiuri, the English-language version of the world’s largest newspaper. His work has also appeared in London’s Financial Times, the Vancouver Sun and Asian News, the magazine of the Asia News Network. His interviews have included John Micklethwait, editor in chief of The Economist magazine; American Airlines MD of Pacific Operations, Theo Panagiotoulias; and design star Oki Sato, better known as Nendo.
